I've learned an amazing amount about fertility over the past two and a half years, and I'd like to be able to share that knowledge and help other people understand what this is all about. I'm not a medical professional, but I've talked to an awful lot of them. I've been seeing an acupuncturist for the past two years too, and with her help, I realized I'm gluten intolerant, so now I'm gluten free.
I'll post our history in a separate post, but would love to know what questions you have about infertility, IUIs, IVF, eating gluten free, or anything else you can come up with.
I want to know more about a gluten free diet. I've been doing a little research and although I've never been formally diagnosed with anything, I think I might have some sort of gluten intolerance. I'm a self-professed carb junky though! I love bread, pasta, chips...all of it. So the idea of living gluten free is a little overwhelming. Would love some input!
